Q1) Tell us a little about yourself!

I’m a 32-year-old mum of two on a mission to spread health and happiness to all those around me.  I had my babies early in life and feel like my twenties were spent growing and nurturing my family and now I have more time to focus in my thirties.  I am ‘overstudier’ with a love of learning and three university degrees (Marketing, counseling, and psychology), and three cert IV’s including one in Building in Construction. I am always on the go and I find it hard to sit still because I have a lot of creative energy but I would not have it any other way.

Q2) Tell us about what you do, and why you do it

I am a content creator, freelancer and have a portfolio career in the business, health and wellness spaces often juggling multiple projects at once. What I love most about my job is that I get to do what I love which is to inspire and help people to take positive steps towards their health and wellbeing.  My day is constantly varied and I am grateful that my job allows me the flexibility to work around my family and that I get to meet amazing people and visit exciting places

Q3) What makes you feel courageous?

There is so much to feel inspired by with those who you surround yourself with.  I feel courageous when I surround myself with positive people and I am lucky to call such people my friends. The kind of people who show up each and every day to better not only themselves but their family and the community around them through what they do each and every day.  A woman who makes time for herself, to do what makes her happy, and honors it without feeling guilty about it, also is courageous.

Q4) What is one thing you wish you could tell your 16-year-old self?

Walk a mile in other people’s shoes, be a nice human and try not to judge other people. In saying this, you should not care about the opinion of others. You are unique, you are beautiful and you walk your own path. Don’t let anyway take that away from you and shine bright.

Q5) What is one piece of advice you can give a fellow lady who might be lacking courage?

Surround yourself with people who believe in your cause and inspire you to take action!
