Elle Halliwell

Q1) Tell us a little about yourself!

I’m a journalist, author, mum and healthy living advocate from Sydney.

Q2) Tell us about what you do, and why you do it?
I speak to audiences around the country encouraging and inspiring them to live their best lives. Having overcome a serious health challenge a few years prior and becoming a mum at the same time, I’m an example of how adversity can be a blessing and a teacher and the catalyst to creating a dream life.
Q3) What makes you feel courageous?
Knowing that we all have unlimited strength that we simply need to tap into.
Q4) What is one thing you wish you could tell your 16-year-old self?
It will all work out just fine.
Q5) What is one piece of advice you can give a fellow lady who might be lacking courage?
You’re not lacking it. It’s there, and will be there when you need it most. It’s like a stone at the top of a hill. You just have to give it that first little nudge of encouragement; then there will be no stopping it’s force!
